Warranty

Following our motto “Strength in Design” we believe we provide our customers with a superior product and as such have provided a 12 month warranty for their piece of mind. Please read the following terms and conditions and , if you have any questions , please contact us direct on 1300 4TRAYS.

1. Traymaster warrants that the Traymaster Trailer will be free from any defects in material or manufacture.
2. Except as expressly stated in this warranty , Traymaster Pty Ltd agrees to repair or replace any defect in material or manufacture present in the Traymaster Trailer which is notified to Traymaster Pty Ltd or a Traymaster Distributor within twelve (12) months of the delivery of the Traymaster Trailer to the first retail purchaser.
3. Traymaster Pty Ltd will NOT repair or replace any defect in material or manufacture where the Traymaster Trailer :-
   1. has been used , repaired or altered in any way which in Traymaster Pty Ltd’s opinion , affects the Traymaster Trailers’ performance, durability, reliability or safety: or
   2. has been used after the defect in the material or manufacture has become apparent or would have become apparent to a person acting reasonably in the opinion of Traymaster Pty Ltd.
4. The purchaser must promptly advise Traymaster Pty Ltd or a Traymaster Distributor of any defect in materials and/or manufacture.
5. This warranty is in addition to any and all other rights which the purchaser has in law in respect of the Traysmaster Trailer.
